Do you come to our office for headshots?
Yes, for one person or the whole team, wherever you are. One person can be photographed at the office, at home or on location, across Melbourne, the Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula. For a team I set up a full professional studio in a spare room or boardroom, with no travel for your staff and no downtime. Somewhere further? Ask; it's usually just a matter of the date.
I bring all the lighting, backdrops and equipment.
How much do corporate headshots cost in Melbourne?
Individual headshots are $349 (The Executive), $497 (The Professional) or $1,495 (My Personal Brand), booked online.
A small team of three or four is $349 per person, photographed in one visit and matched, with three retouched images each. On-site team days are $262 per person for teams of 5 to 14, with a $1,500 minimum, and a $3,997 day rate for teams of 15 to 35.
Over 35 people, or split days, is quoted from the day rate. A new starter photographed later is $349, and travel is included, wherever you are.
What should our team wear for headshots?
Solid, mid-tone colours photograph best: navy, charcoal, burgundy, plum, emerald and muted blues, plus soft off-whites and pastels. Avoid pure white and pure black, and busy stripes, spots or fine patterns that shimmer on camera.
For finance and law, classic business attire suits; otherwise match the look to your industry. I guide everyone on the day, so nobody has to work it out alone.
How long does a team headshot session take?
Plan fifteen minutes a person on the slot sheet, with a buffer built in. Some people need five minutes, some need thirty, and the day absorbs it. A whole team can be photographed in a single visit with minimal disruption.
Everyone is then hand-retouched to look their best.
What if someone hates being photographed?
That is exactly who I am best with. A long career spent putting nervous people at ease means the shot looks like the best, most natural version of them, not a stiff corporate mugshot.

Do you photograph the whole team together?
Yes, if you would like them. Team groups on the day are from $345: the whole team, or any team within the team, in the boardroom studio or your own foyer, on the stairs or outside the building, agreed at the Brief.
Ask for your group to be future-proofed, and as I compose it I leave spaces in the rows where new people may one day stand. A new starter photographed later is placed into the group, and the photograph never goes out of date.
A team photograph on its own, without the headshots, is $445 for 2 to 5 people, $695 for 6 to 12, and $895 for 13 or more.
How do you keep new starters matching the rest of the team?

Should we just use AI headshots instead?
You can, and people will know. An AI lookalike is a picture of someone who does not exist, wearing your face.
Real photography puts the real person on your team page, which is the whole point of a team page.
